• Pays a Miscellaneous Hospital Expense Benefit (less a $500 deductible) of up to $15,000 and a Surgical Expense Benefit of up to $5,000 .Miscellaneous Hospital Expense Benefit (less a $500 deductible) of up to $25,000 and a Surgical Expense Benefit of up to $7,500.
  
  
• Either plan offers a choice of Daily Hospital Room Benefits from $100 to $400. They also provide an Intensive Care Benefit, Administration of Anesthetic Benefit, Radiotherapy Benefit, Registered Nurse (in-hospital) Benefit, Ambulance Benefit, In-Hospital Medical Expense Benefit and Outpatient Hospital Expense Benefit.
