Insurance
of America Agency, Inc. (IAA) is the product of one man's
solid experience and creative intuitive mind. Our Founder
spent more than 40 years in the insurance industry working
his way up through the ranks of Regional, Area and National
Marketing Directors. At every level in the organization,
he excelled beyond the challenges and continuously set
new records. It was during this time in his life, that
he realized his dream to create his own company.
Insurance
of America Agency is built on the premise of integrity
and quality, where everyone involved could reach maximum
success. Drawing on past experience, we knew it was vital
to put the needs of the sales force first.
It was late
1987 that our vision began taking form after careful research
and planning. Surveys were conducted to determine the
needs of clients as well as agents. What resulted was
an innovative sales structure for the field forces, an
outstanding portfolio of unique, high-quality, and useful
products for the customer, and the company. We beleive
customer satisfaction and loyalty are the by-products
of excellent benefits to the client, as well as honesty
on the part of the agent. Products are designed with this
in mind, and the results have proven to be more successful
with each passing year.
Realizing
that great products only produce success with great agents
selling them, Insurance of America Agency began to build
a professional, skilled, and dedicated sales team committed
to the same success and excellence we so highly value.
In February 1988, the first business was written for Insurance
of America Agency, Inc., (also known as Insure America),
and our dream became a reality. Today more than 11 years
later, IAA is one of the most successful agencies in the
country, operating in over 30 states with almost 1,500
agents.
